- Take the A378 out of Dartmouth and join the A3122 to Kingsbridge.
- Look out for the Ash Tree arm Sign at the turning for Bugford and Ash, (Ash Tree Farm & Nursery is approximately 1 mile from this point).
- Turn left here and follow the road to the staggered crossroads.
- Turn Left and follow this road until you come to a further crossroads at Ash Cross.
- Go straight over and Ash Tree Farm & Nursery is immediately on your left.
- The Car Park is in front of you as you enter.
From Kingsbridge/Totnes
- Take the A381 from Kingsbridge or Totnes turn onto the A3122 signposted Dartmouth & Woodlands Leisure Park.
- Follow this road, passed the Forces Tavern, Woodlands Leisure Park.
- Just before The Sportsman Pub turn right to Bugford (There is a sign for Ash Tree Farm & Nursery which is approximately 1.5 miles from this point).
- Follow the Lane until staggered crossroad at Bugford turn right and immediately left.
- Follow this lane until Ash Cross crossroad.
- Go straight over and Ashtree Farm & Nursery is immediately on your left.
